CLAIMS •If merchandise is found to be defective in workmanship or material, a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be requested within 5 days from date of invoice. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired. There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective. •DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION OR RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.
